We are working together to develop Standard Practices that will define all operations. Overall it is a means of improving our trade which not many people understand.

The BMA was formed by OTLB and will be governed by its members. This is a new group and as we define work practices and procedures they will be posted here.
1. Code of Conduct
This is the most important aspect of life. The BMA standard in this area is clear. NO tolerance for behavior that demeans others in any way especially the customer. You will be treated with courtesy, a rare quality today worth paying for don't you think. A Promise to treat you as you would expect. Respectful of your home, your family and you. This is our first priority. Sadly you can see the list will be short. Because standing together and endorsing each others work is something people are afraid to do these days. The list is going to grow though
